About Scam Check

Scam Check helps you judge whether a text, email, phone call, website, invoice or offer is likely to be a scam. Describe it, or paste the message with personal details removed, and it goes through the warning signs with you: phishing, fake delivery texts, "hi mum" messages, fake invoices, romance and investment scams, fake tech support, and callers who pretend to be your bank or the police, or, in Sweden, ask you to use BankID.

If you've already clicked, paid or shared details, it helps you act fast: call your bank, change passwords, report it. It never asks for passwords, codes or card numbers.
