The service available today

Voizual creates agents from the material you provide. Text chat needs no microphone. Voice calls include a live avatar; voice-only calls are not available. Live calls currently use one shared presenter. Your uploaded portrait is your profile picture and call poster; it does not change the live face. Custom live avatars are not available in this version. Choose a voice from the available catalogue. Voice cloning and voice design are not available in this version.

AI answers may be incomplete or wrong. Check important answers against their sources. Agents are identified as AI and do not replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice. Source coverage, response time and availability depend on accessible material, connection and capacity.

Credits and payment

No subscription. Credit packs: €5 for 10 credits, €10 for 25 credits and €20 for 50 credits, tax included. A minute of a voice-and-avatar call is 1 credit, charged by the second, and a successful typed reply is 0.2 credits. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Switching to text ends the video call and its time charge. Hiding “Powered by Voizual” on an agent makes its call minutes 1.3 credits. Text rates stay the same. Purchased credits never expire and do not reset each month. Credit purchases are currently in test mode; real payments are not open.

Your account pays for visitors to your agents; those visitors are not charged. Team test calls also use account credits. Muting or minimizing a call does not pause its time charge. Auto-refill is off by default and requires your authorization, with a monthly automatic-charge cap. Separate usage limits still apply. New tariffs apply to new conversations; an active call keeps its rate.

The free trial is 5 minutes in total across eligible agents. Signup carries over only what remains. Free previews are subject to shared daily budget and capacity limits.

Your account and material

Keep account access secure. Upload and clone only material you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate people or misrepresent an AI as a human. New agents are private; sharing and publication are deliberate choices. You control your own sources, public profile and visitor disclosures. Do not use the service for unlawful activity.

Billing issues and ending use

Contact us support@voizual.com about an incorrect charge, refund request or account deletion. Provide the purchase reference, not card details. This page does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or declare all purchases non-refundable. Turning off auto-refill prevents future automatic purchases; it does not reverse an already completed purchase.
