What your visitors get.

Answers from your site

The agent reads your pages, your WooCommerce products with their prices, and any documents you add, and says when it doesn't know.

Voice or text

A floating call window like the one on this page, with an avatar if you want one, in 58 languages.

A next step

After a call: a summary by e-mail and a button to your own booking or sign-up page. Every conversation is in your Voizual admin.

Install it.

  1. Create your agent

In Voizual, paste your website's address: the agent is built from it, and you can talk to it straight away. Create your agent

  2. Make an API key

In Voizual, open Settings → API keys and create a key. It can only read your agents, never change them.

  3. Upload the plugin

In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the plugin's ZIP file, and activate it.

  4. Connect and choose

Open Settings → Voizual, paste the key, and choose your agent, its language, whether it starts open or closed, and its corner.

  5. Allow your site

In Voizual, add your site's address in the agent's Share → Website, so the widget may show there. Then open your site and say hello.

Rather not install a plugin? Paste one line before </body>. Your agent's Share tab gives you the exact line, with help for Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and Webflow too.

Light on your site.

No calls on page views

The widget's settings are saved in WordPress and refreshed once a day. If a refresh fails, the last working widget stays.

Your key stays private

The API key stays on your server and is never sent to visitors.

No tracking added

The plugin adds no analytics of its own. The widget loads from Voizual, and no conversation starts until a visitor talks or types.

Questions, answered.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. When your site is a WooCommerce shop, the agent reads your products with their prices from the shop, and checks availability live before it answers. It never makes up a price.

Does it call Voizual on every page view?

No. The widget's settings are saved in WordPress and refreshed once a day, and if a refresh fails the last working widget stays. Your API key stays on your server; visitors never see it.

Which versions of WordPress does it need?

WordPress 6.3 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.

Is it in the WordPress plugin directory?

Not yet. Download the plugin here and upload it in WordPress under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.

Does it add tracking to my site?

The plugin adds no analytics or tracking of its own. The widget loads from Voizual and connects a visitor to their conversation when they talk to the agent or type.

What does it cost?

The plugin is free. There is no subscription. Credits cost €5 for 10, €10 for 25 and €20 for 50. A minute of conversation, by voice or with the avatar, is 1 credit, charged by the second, and a typed reply is 0.2. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Your account pays for your visitors' conversations, never the visitor.
